We are currently in-network BCBS PPO. Please call your insurance provider ahead of time to find out what your coverage is for outpatient therapy and if any preauthorization is needed. Please let us know if there is anything we need to complete on our end to ensure authorization for sessions as we are happy to do so. We are an out-of-network provider for  other insurance companies but are happy to submit claims to your insurance provider.

 

If you wish to use insurance benefits, you are asked to present your insurance information and drivers license at the first session. Copays are expected to be paid at the time of service. If we are out-of-network for your insurance company, you are responsible to pay the difference between the insurance benefits, which can range between 0% – 100%, and the full rate. Any balances unpaid past 30 days will be charged to your credit card you provide us per our service agreement.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
